　　7、You said you could finish the product in 2, why I can’t have one sample even now in 3?(你說(shuō)你可以在2分鐘內(nèi)完成產(chǎn)品，為什么我現(xiàn)在不能在3分鐘內(nèi)拿到一個(gè)樣品?)

　　遇到這類情況，客人問(wèn)到了，就一定要真誠(chéng)道歉，說(shuō)明具體原因，并且，重點(diǎn)是要說(shuō)明，延期內(nèi)是為客人做了有價(jià)值的工作的，并給出明確時(shí)間的解決方案，承諾下次不會(huì)再出現(xiàn)類似情況。
